RETURN/REFUND POLICY
- Full refund within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
- Consumer
must contact by email, their dissatisfaction or desire to return
within the 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Merchandise may not be returned if worn,
altered or damaged in any way.
- Merchandise being returned must be registered,
insured for the full retail value and have a return receipt.
- Jewelry must be shipped USPS, not Fedex or UPS
- Gift Certificate purchases returned are for in-store credit only
- E-specials are final sales. No return or credit available.
