We do repairs on some sterling silver jewelry, but due to the nature of sterling silver we do not size rings. We have found over the years that sizing seams on sterling silver rings tend to break open, that is why we will not size the rings. Also a lot of sterling silver jewelry has a heavy plating and that gets damaged when heat is applied. We will reset stones and refinish sterling silver

An appraisal is an official document used when insuring jewelry with a private agency. Appraisals determine the retail replacement value of your jewelry. We do appraisals on all jewelry we make here, the appraisal includes a photograph of the item and a detailed description of the item so that you can insure your jewelry. There is a fee for appraising and that will cost $150 for the first piece additional items are between $50-$75. When getting your jewelry appraised always bring in any original paperwork or diamond lab reports so the actual stone weights can be included on the appraisal. Appraisals on jewelry not made here are dependant on the availability of our appraiser.
